大埔可以食煲仔飯嘅地方唔多,陳漢記轉手之後無食過,魚滑又無埋,而家多數都係食苑記。如果唔係食煲仔飯,平時真係宵夜時間先會考慮苑記。純粹因為苑記開得比較夜同埋方便又幾好食咁啫,時間尚早嘅話可以食下其他嘢。 🍲臘鴨髀白鱔煲仔飯🍚唔知幾時開始食煲仔飯就必叫臘鴨髀,之後再拼其他野,多數係免牛,拼白鱔都係第一次。臘鴨髀同白鱔嘅油香滲落白飯,豉油都可以落少啲。 另外加碟爽滑魚皮,重點係要配埋辣椒豉油(加少少薑絲同蔥)同啤酒。 我唔明點解有人會話煲仔飯無飯焦,我每次食都有,可能佢唔好彩啦。
