食麵嗰日,係農曆嘅日子「龍抬頭」,嗰一日一定要食水餃麵,喺大埔搵咗四間粉麵舖都冇水餃賣,正想放棄嘅時候俾我諗起呢間粉面舖。入到去第一時間問佢有冇水餃,佢話有超感動。個水餃都幾足料,啲蝦肉都幾爽,皮都唔算太厚。牛腩就冇嗌咩特別嘅部位,不過就瘦咗少少。個腩汁湯底係正常嘅,同埋啲麵都幾彈呀。比較遜色少少嘅話就係個炸魚皮望落去好大塊,但咬落去有啲韌同埋硬,唔夠薄脆,但係今日個主角係水餃麵,所以如果個魚皮可以好食啲嘅話就會錦上添花。好好惜佢浸完湯都係勁硬,下次同區要食水餃麵,可以考慮下。

宵夜時段試咗呢一間粉麵店,麻麻哋,最失敗係牛筋炆得唔夠淋。$39嘅牛筋米嘅牛筋唔淋兼唔係好入味,失望。牛筋牛腩粗麵就好彩啲牛腩好食,否則就白費了$47。淨雲吞唔錯,比想像中大碗,雲吞入面嘅蝦又新鮮又大粒,$35都真係幾抵食。芥蘭全走好新鮮好好味。

將近$50吃了一碗份量不多,而且牛肉有說,還要是脂肪比較多的垃圾級牛腩麵,遠既,永久Blacklist。

在2019年5月19日星期日,2018/2019香港丙組聯賽第二十六輪,自己的球會葛士寶朋友🧡💙☝🙌對龍門體育會💙💗🖤🥅。龍門SC是香港超級聯賽球會傑志SC💙💗🕊的C隊,當天以2:0擊敗對方。賽後來到每一个季常常會光顧的地點一同下午茶。當天我們一同order自己的下午茶,我order了魚蛋牛腩米粉,魚蛋很彈牙,而且很爽口。牛腩咀嚼了一下很鮮甜,而且不會太過堅韌及結實。菜芯很爽脆,而且很新鮮,米粉的份量非常充足。

在2019年5月19日星期日,2018/2019香港丙組聯賽第二十六輪,自己的球會葛士寶朋友🧡💙☝🙌對龍門體育會💙💗🖤🥅。龍門SC是香港超級聯賽球會傑志SC💙💗🕊的C隊,當天以2:0擊敗對方。賽後來到每一个季常常會光顧的地點一同下午茶。

當天我們一同order自己的下午茶,我order了魚蛋牛腩米粉,魚蛋很彈牙,而且很爽口。牛腩咀嚼了一下很鮮甜,而且不會太過堅韌及結實。菜芯很爽脆,而且很新鮮,米粉的份量非常充足。

在大埔找午餐吃,想吃得清淡一點,超級城裡面的餐廳又太多人在等位,行行下行到這間粉麵店,剛好有位,就進去試試看。我點了一碗水餃麵,男友點了一碗雲呑米粉,再加一碟油菜。我們正討論著其實水餃和雲吞有什麼分別呢?好像都是差不多的東西😅首先來了個蠔油菜心,忘記了要求蠔油另上。之後兩個麵就來了,原來水餃比雲吞大隻很多,足足大兩倍,所以只有三大粒,而雲呑則有5粒。雲吞主要是蝦及豬肉,而水餃再多了木耳絲等等,爽口又彈牙👍

身邊總有不少邪惡的朋友,往往令你食左不少邪惡高脂肪的食物,奈何每次也是受不住引誘!hahahaha😆😆今次下午茶就點了十分罪惡的選擇!連自己也覺得有點過份!炸雞脾併炸薯條~雞脾新鮮炸起,十分熱辣辣,粉醬不會過厚,雞肉還保持到嫩滑,很juicy!不會過火很乾及老! 但因為始終是油炸食物,總有一點油膩感!另外,粗薯條也是我的最愛,亦是新鮮炸起,但油膩感就比雞脾重了!凍檸茶~剛好可以中和油膩感,茶味okay,不會有苦澀味!穩陣的選擇!

炸雞脾併炸薯條~
雞脾新鮮炸起,十分熱辣辣,粉醬不會過厚,雞肉還保持到嫩滑,很juicy!不會過火很乾及老! 但因為始終是油炸食物,總有一點油膩感!另外,粗薯條也是我的最愛,亦是新鮮炸起,但油膩感就比雞脾重了!
