To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間小店晚市時段柯打一個主食，之後加$32可以任食9款台式小食，勁吸引！先講主食，我們都沒有選滷肉飯或拌麵，但原來牛肉麵除了湯底也分了兩種！招牌紅燒牛肉麵 $73 牛肉有筋，幾有嚼勁，但唔會痴牙。仲有好腍既蘿蔔，唔錯！滿漢牛肉麵 $93 隻碗大一倍（睇對筷子就知幾大碗）料都多好多，有牛肚牛丸（粒牛丸好似係醬爆，好好食！）不過我選麻辣湯底就唔係好覺辣，反而有點偏甜。台式小食方面，首推甜𣎴辣，即炸需時，熱辣辣，外脆內煙韌，正！次推黃金皮蛋，賣相好似一般，但口感同醬汁都好食喎，我地一人食左幾隻！麻辣鴨血同麻辣豬耳都唔錯，Encore左兩次。蒜泥白肉塊肉偏瘦，醬汁唔夠譚仔好食。蔬菜方面，麻辣菇菌派對同涼拌茄子幾好食，手拍青瓜同涼拌海帶就正常普通，白灼時蔬就無叫到。本身想請試店家另一招牌試管鹽酥雞，不過食台式小食食到飽，都係下次有機會再試。飲品叫左杯巨峰提子益力多 $25，雖然睇住水吧即時加益力多落攪拌機整，但見杯飲品分左兩層，味道唔算濃，攪匀飲覺得味道有少少怪...。
