每次去台灣都會食燒肉,一黎扺食過香港,二黎氣氛、服務又好,朋友話呢間同台灣葫同好似所以試下。今次一行九人黎「慶生」,由於近聖誕,所以早於一個月前已訂位,佢有三層,我地訂左三樓,所以係炭燒,但就會有最低消費額,如果meet到最低消費額,切餅同開瓶費都可以括免。我地點左鮑魚、扇貝、鱔、羊架、牛扒、牛舌、山藥、粟米、五花腩厚切、雞腿肉、豬腸(鹽燒及味噌)。基本上全部都好好味,鱔好厚肉又夠爽口,牛舌上面好多葱,切得好簿所以好快熟同爽口,山藥係來自日本,燒完外脆內軟好特別。反而牛扒較失色。大部分時間都有人幫我地燒,待應生好健談,服務非常好,略嚴太早關門(10:30)。
