To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

台式香辣牛肉麵， 配自家手打麵本來手打麵好正， 怎知煮麵師傅好像忘記打散個麵去煮，將成舊麵放下碗去便算， 麵條成團， 漿住成個麵， 為何不打散個麵呢？ 特色？ 要個客自己打散個麵才好玩？ 真奇怪。浪費成個手工麵。原本想問經理為何個麵成團咁， 漿實晒， 不過見自己可以慢慢分開麵條便算了， 費事投訴完。。。牛肉超林, 湯超濃郁，。不過可以減輕d味精， 太重口味了。 食完好口乾。另加2個小食酥炸雞粒， 只是酥炸， 沒有味道。 不過夠脆，感覺沒有台式風味。紅油抄手， 抄手面加麻辣， 夠正， 青瓜如浸泡入味更好。 抄手值得推介

牛肉超林, 湯超濃郁，。不過可以減輕d味精， 太重口味了。 食完好口乾。
