To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 以前去過台東的池上旅遊,吃過池上飯包,就是我們說的便當。今天行AEON百貨時經過百芳池上便當,想再次感受一下台東風味,回憶台東之旅,於是買了一份便當回家作晚餐。店舖的便當系列只有八款選擇,配上一杯台式的飲品,另外可加購台式小吃。我買了一份台灣焢肉便當配碳培烏龍茶。當年在台東池上吃過的飯包是用長方型木盒盛載,而這店用圓型的木盒盛載,也很特別。焢肉是一大塊五花肉以醬油、糖及香料等才料,用小火煮至熟軟滷製而成的肉。打開盒蓋見到主菜焢肉,半隻滷蛋和三款精美的配菜,粉絲、粟米、西蘭花,這種蔬菜和肉的配拾搭,營養也均衡。焢肉做得很好,軟熟容易咬,不是乾乾的,滷得很入味,雖然沒有用上池上米,但珍珠米的口惑也不錯,粒粒分明。粉絲、粟米、西蘭花全部都有醬汁味道,粉絲炒得爽口,粟米粒內又混合了菜莆粒,吃起來有點辣更惹味,西蘭花大大個但容易吃‧滷蛋也是很入味。有蛋香。整個便當材料豐富,再喝一口茶味濃郁的碳培烏龍茶,台東風味回來了。
