To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 禮拜天去完河背水塘回到元朗已經傍晚6點,剛好是晚飯時間,選了同事極力推薦的士林台灣麵餐廳吃台灣牛肉麵。這家麵店來頭不小,老闆兼大廚早在89年就去了台北當廚師,招待過台灣及各國政要。雖然有名氣,價錢依舊平民。這邊的牛肉麵是我吃過在香港最好吃的耶,牛肉燜得很淋,麵有麵香味,彈牙,味道剛剛好!我們還點了鹹酥魷魚穌。魷魚穌很大條,炸得不會很油那種,味道也不會太鹹,好吃!大家去元朗可以試試這家台灣麵店喔!♥
