To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太古城周圍逛下，肚餓就梗係要搵嘢食啦，呢度附近有一間台灣菜喺shopping Mall裏面, 叫做百芳池上便當🍱,唔好睇小呢間好似喺foodcourt 裡面的台灣菜，整得十分之好味而又正宗架。我哋主食分別點左台灣牛肉麵同鹽酥雞便當，小食就點左台灣夜市香腸，再點多兩杯嘢飲都係芋頭鮮奶小芋圓，就唔客氣開餐啦。呢個正宗台灣牛肉麵真係一流呀，牛肉麵湯底是紅燒，有牛筋同埋牛肉，份量都好十足10 ，真係食到Lamlam俐。而鹽酥雞便當亦都好唔話得，分量都係大大份㗎，大大嚿嘅鹽酥雞再加埋啲薯粉，鹽酥雞又香又脆，撈埋一齊食真係好好味呀。台灣夜市香腸就十分之貼心，切到一塊塊等大家食起上嚟都方便啲，而且都係好香脆嘅。食飽飽飲埋杯正宗台灣飲品芋頭鮮奶小芋圓，鍾意食芋頭嘅真係唔可以錯過，飲咗返唔到轉頭，厚實的芋頭蓉完全係用在口中，仲有這個小芋圓，煙韌又彈牙，好飲到不得了，下次嚟到太古城想食得又好味又抵食，一定要黎試吓呢一間台灣便當。
