繼85'C麵包店由台灣吹至香港後,パン達人手感烘焙 據聞是由台灣明星小s丈夫有份投資的麵包店,新開業平日下午已人潮空湧...天然酵母的氣味一入室內已隨即聞到,用上(兩種天然酵母、葡萄及小麥培養)酵母製成、酵母經過七天自然發 酵,再以24小時靜止後才焗製、因此賣完便沒有,真是買一件少一件 甜味較一般麺包為淡、比(湯種)之麵包軟熟度又是另一種分別,天然酵母,感覺上比乾酵母製之麵包為新鮮味道方面大致有朱古力、咖啡、芝士、核桃...全店大部份已大件裝供應 場中均有切好小件麵包作客人試味,個人覺得(蒜香波雷特)味道較為特出...但價錢就較為進取,接受情度真是見仁見智。
