過江龍年前來港,曾帶起熱潮,可惜後期因為加工材料問題而被起訴貨不對辦,曾經在港島區開的分店早已不知所踪,但太子店仍在舊址。香港人是善忘的,生意照做。剛好走過太子,順道回味一番,買了最喜歡的貝爾乳酪。獨立包裝的膠袋刻上保全方法,非常實用。馬鞍型,肥大身脹,有份量。同一品種,相比我近日在天后發現的新店,這個麵包顏色較淺,不及後者有烘烤烙印吸引。主要饀料是紅莓及乳酪粒,放進微波爐片刻,乳酪半溶,口感最好。麵包鬆軟,質感綿密,吃完飽肚。但做到有此水準的店大有人在,雖然亦不多,無需老遠走來,價錢不便宜,三十多元起一個包!

出開來太子,就順便去胖達人度買返個皇冠包⋯其實自己喺台灣都食過,當然香港嘅味道係差台灣好多。台灣嗰D乳酪食落去好軟滑同埋一啲都唔溜,相比香港嘅入面餡料就比較硬小小⋯口感亦冇咁滑溜。今次一口氣買咗兩款包包括皇冠包、藍莓乳酪包⋯第一次食藍莓乳酪包反而有驚喜,包入面除咗食到有藍莓嘅果肉外⋯入邊亦加左合桃粒, 增加左唔少口感嘅層次⋯好味道。而皇冠包就普普通通,因為自己食咗好多次⋯所以覺得冇咩特別。

甚少到太子那邊,今天難得路過,又見店內人頭湧湧,我又昅下有乜吸引到我,第一眼已經鎖定了目標!綠茶紅桑子?定紅苺鬆餅不記得了……總之不是紅豆。一袋三個,咬下去綠茶味香濃,不甜,也吃到牛油味,都幾鬆軟,第一次食綠茶配紅苺,又不會食到酸味喎!不錯既,下次試其他先。

Second try: scones. Again, I came late in the evening when it was pretty much sold out time. The scones came in a bag of three. They were soft and moist. I am not a fan of this second choice though. It was too buttery and too easy to stay stuck in one's mouth.

My third visit turned out to be the best one. It was around 3pm and the place was full of bread and samples to try. Ah yes, the samples! I like this concept of free tasting before deciding on which one to take home. This time, I bought a berry, walnut & cream cheese loaf. It had some sugar on top and was quite yummy.

店內的每個放麵包位置, 都放了告示: “請勿以手觸摸麵包”和“請以夾子夾取試食”, 有D嘢, 對於香港人係”常識”, 但對於其他人, 可能變成”知識”….. 應該又係有不少人做了無公德的事, 店鋪才會放這麼多那麼大的告示牌來提醒. 太子也算是邊緣旅遊區, 幸好我住的紅磡黃埔區內的麵包店沒有這種”提示”….哈哈…

我好幸運!兩次嚐到來自台灣的 <達人手感烘焙> 麵包,都不是自己買! 記得大約一年前,出席試食中菜活動中,有位好身材的食友誠意送上作為小禮!  而今次是媽咪出開太子花墟買花時,順道買麵包給我做翌日早餐! 上年,我曾聽過店方打算在上環德輔道中開設分店,我還留意那個舖位!最終卻告吹了! 媽咪買了一個重手感的麵包給我做早餐!香草合桃包 $38她說她從來未試過買如此貴的麵包!一於買來讓我試試,她也嚐了一點!麵包好大個!亦好重手! 份量十足!香草帶出清新,包身密度高!卻是很鬆軟,合桃富有嚼感,口感豐富!好多時,父母會把最好的東西給子女,有時,作為子女卻是身在福中不知福!

上年,我曾聽過店方打算在上環德輔道中開設分店,我還留意那個舖位!最終卻告吹了!


媽咪買了一個重手感的麵包給我做早餐!

她說她從來未試過買如此貴的麵包!一於買來讓我試試,她也嚐了一點!

麵包好大個!亦好重手!
 份量十足!香草帶出清新,包身密度高!卻是很鬆軟,合桃富有嚼感,口感豐富!

上次在「上野」買麪包時已經發現了這包店,兩者都是位於彌敦道太子區,且只是一街之隔,真沒想到兩間甚有「來頭」之包店竟要正面對碰。「パン達人」被稱為「手感烘焙」,論名稱還以為屬於日本特式之店子,直至瀏覽其網頁才得悉パン是在台灣問世,且非屬傳統包店,店齡只有數載。其網站是這樣寫的:「パン開始征服了台灣大大小小的城巿裏每一毎人的味蕾,徹底改變了台灣的麪包巿場,並掀起了一股麪包革命,パン堅持慢工出細活的製作,讓消費者體驗什麼叫做手感烘焙。」宣傳上是那麼利害,香港店駐港已經一年,故正做周年慶之優惠。從店子外觀來看貫徹了新派的形象,走入店內是一排排沒有遮掩之麪包櫃,面積之大實屬少見,麪包款式亦多得驚人。由於麪包沒有遮掩,店內衞生必要保持極高要求。店內這兩張相片實在得來不易,這是我快手 Snap Shot 而來,因為當時已被店員阻止拍照!我在店內兜了數圈,發現幾乎所有麪包都有顯示其材料及介紹,這與上野的做法十分相似,更好的是很多麪包都有小塊試食,「食到啱」才買,可免買錯不合自己「嘴形」之麪包。此店麪包太多,令人目眩,近大門玻璃一排大部份乃吐司,且已入袋,相信未必是最新鮮出爐的。中間兩邊包櫃之麪包沒有封

店內這兩張相片實在得來不易,這是我快手 Snap Shot 而來,因為當時已被店員阻止拍照!

我在店內兜了數圈,發現幾乎所有麪包都有顯示其材料及介紹,這與上野的做法十分相似,更好的是很多麪包都有小塊試食,「食到啱」才買,可免買錯不合自己「嘴形」之麪包。

此店麪包太多,令人目眩,近大門玻璃一排大部份乃吐司,且已入袋,相信未必是最新鮮出爐的。中間兩邊包櫃之麪包沒有封袋,我發現此櫃有一半以上麪包都用了忌廉芝士作基本材料,愛吃忌廉芝士的朋友一定會三心兩意了!

我還是第一次光顧,所有麪包對我來說都是新貨,故選了一個黑色長型的,叫「朱古力奶酥」,唯獨此包沒有材料介紹,又只賣剩四個,挺受歡迎啊!

此店的麪包傾向高價位,幾乎所有麪包都在三十五元左右,在收銀櫃檯向店員小姐查詢,她給了一份Menu給我,但指出Menu內之麪包名稱及材料介紹是不太Update的,只可作為參考之用。

此店麪包是用膠袋盛著,膠袋上顯示此包分店在中港台已超過十間,並列出麪包保存方法:「室溫下封口,甜包可保存3日,鹹包可保存2日,冷凍可保存一個月。」甚是有趣。

回家慢慢品嚐這「朱古力奶酥」,包面一派深棕色,卻沒有墨魚汁麪包或竹炭包般烏卒卒。包紋似長條型法包之做法,唯長度不算太長,質地亦非似法包的硬。包面舖滿了棕色細粒,咬下去帶點脆,是朱古力細碎。

將包切開,可見摺了數層之痕跡,內餡淡黃色的東西吃下去是甜味的,質感有點像起砂的麪粉蓉,亦有點像新鮮芝士Ricotta(里考塔),論顏色相信有蛋黃之成份,如論擺放位置此包是放在忌廉芝士麪包那裏,相信此餡或許亦是忌廉芝士!

論味道內餡是甜,包面之朱古力及麪糰亦是甜,味道是好,個人認為是有點過甜;賣相當然屬於吸引,顏色亦然。

再翻開送給我之麪包Menu,此店有餐包類、甜包類、吐司類、鹹包類,選擇極多,相信在港此店亦必會一起風雲!

收藏好久 终于来食品种很多 而且几乎全都有试吃 非常棒 有各种奶酪的 红豆 南瓜 咖喱等等 很香浓的夹心奶酪麦包是我的爱 核桃 枸杞等都很香 还有一种巧克力咖啡味道 爱咖啡的肯定喜欢只是我没吃到硬硬的那种包 我喜欢硬的 买了枸杞包带回家 很健康哦 试了N种感觉已经吃饱啦 下次再去买别的!PS 付款处的凤梨酥也很不错!

有各种奶酪的 红豆 南瓜 咖喱等等 很香浓的夹心奶酪
麦包是我的爱 核桃 枸杞等都很香 还有一种巧克力咖啡味道 爱咖啡的肯定喜欢
只是我没吃到硬硬的那种包 我喜欢硬的 
买了枸杞包带回家 很健康哦 
试了N种感觉已经吃饱啦 下次再去买别的!
PS 付款处的凤梨酥也很不错!
