平時食開隔離間自助牛排店既,今次唔知撞邪定乜嘢,見佢呢間扒餐有湯有naan有飲品咁就去試下。諗住衰極未好次茶餐廳嘅雜扒餐,點知 畀我遇到有史以來最難食嘅牛扒 我從來都唔寫食評嘅 今次真係頂唔順為咗佢要開個account。 接單嗰陣時會識得問你要食幾多成熟 不過係多餘嘅, 我同佢講要三至五成 佢竟然唔知牛扒係應該咁先好食。個刻我已經心諗有伏。等塊扒嘅時間先上一個湯,兩塊naan同一小塊papadum. 塊papadum係唯一似樣嘅食物,naan係pre packed唔係師傅做嘅,冇乜点烘到,叫做有D暖,湯係沖到好淡嘅罐頭湯。有兩個sauce比你點,一個應該係 yoghurt mint sauce用黎點papadum不過廢嘅,搵D mayonnaise 黎呃你。大兜既係咖喱汁點naan bread,味道叫做分得出唔係中式咖喱,偏淡,食唔到印式用好多香料嘅層次感。到主角出場,第一眼,個心就已經大大個吊字,只可以用一條未扭乾嘅舊毛巾去形容呢條野,根本同佢哋相中物1%相似度都無。求其攞條炒菜用嘅肉就叫做牛扒。唔知佢地用咗乜野高超嘅烹飪技術,呢條嘢竟然可以做到食落去又鞋又乾不過望落去係濕嘅。最後都
