To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間（～1:30）去，不用等位：）餐廳不大，但座位挺舒服。1）小籠包 - 皮偏薄，包裡的湯汁夠多，肉味鲜甜。賣相挺可愛的：）因為即時蒸所以要等15分鐘左右，很合理。2）酸辣湯餛飩麵 - 4只肥大的餛飩，菜肉涵香甜，吃起來很有滿足感。酸辣湯不太辣，麵條彈牙入味，好吃。3）回鍋肉 - 份量偏小但味道香濃，配白米飯就很夠吃。肉嫰，不難咬。4）脆皮素鵝 - 份量大，外面脆，裡面的榨菜絲和木耳多汁入味，不錯！還要了豆漿，甜甜的，挺好喝。
