To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔同地方有唔同地方經常食嘅早餐,我相信香港最經典的一定係火腿炒蛋加通粉。所以在香港我哋通常稱呼叫「常餐」。常餐在很多地方都有得食,價錢唔算高昂,而且漸漸變成有一般人嘅早餐成為一日廿四小時都可以享用嘅美食。當中一個常餐最重要嘅兩個特質就是炒滑蛋同靚通心粉,所以我特別想介紹這兩款。華星嘅炒滑蛋做得非常之好,坊間跑馬地有好多種方法可以加牛奶、加牛油,這些都是日式西式做法。但華星靠的是師傅的手勢,對炒蛋時間的拿捏準確。所以每一啖食洛口仍然充滿蛋香,越食越上癮。通粉呢度住得夠淋身適合我嘅口味,我嘅特別推介係加辣椒油食,口味與別不同。簡單來說,如果你一個人朝早起身諗唔到想食咩,呢度嘅常餐永遠都幫到你。
