铜锣湾真的是日式美食的天堂，这次约了朋友去吃铁板烧，餐厅空间挺大的，环境也很好！既有铁板烧还有Omakase，我们两个吃的是绯红套餐，💰1688pp，从前菜到甜品都很满意，食材都很新鲜！分享几款我觉得特别不错的👇🏻🥢🍶煮大蚬师傅会先将🍶点🔥，让酒味散去再加入蚬，喝不出什么酒味，但有淡淡的清香，喝起来非常的鲜美，蚬肉很嫩，无沙🥢刺身三点池鱼有嚼口但很嫩，淡淡的鱼味，好吃😋厚厚的带子搭配鲜甜的海胆，鲜甜味更上一层🥢A5 飞驒牛寿喜烧我蕞喜欢的一道菜，和牛的雪花纹理真的太美了，用秘制酱汁微微腌制，在铁板上待了3-5秒就装盘了，再拌上蛋黄和米饭，香嫩爽滑！🥰🥰呜呜呜我现在还在回味！🥢蓝龙虾龙虾肉紧实弹牙，搭配虾膏香味浓郁🥢飞驒牛和牛三文治面包包裹着和牛煎制5分熟，外层香脆可口，里面的牛肉还很嫩！面包两面分别涂了芥末酱和番茄洋葱酱，太好吃了😋
