To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一杯的名氣太大,光顧兩次都是大排長龍⋯店鋪裝飾依照日本居酒屋的格局很有氣氛⋯但是因為人多就略顯嘈雜了。招牌關西燒一定要點。與常見的大阪燒不同,關西燒將豐富的餡料包裹在日式燒餅裡面~再澆上毫不吝嗇的照燒醬汁和美乃滋。。口感非常豐富。這裡關西燒可以自選配料。。我們選了牛筋芝士和白魚這個不容易出錯的搭配~還有豐富的椰菜絲。。可惜醬料味道稍稍蓋住了餡料的味道~ 一份關西燒很大份,兩人行已足以當作主食。這份紅酒溫泉蛋煮牛肉也是再次嘗試。半熟流心蛋混著醬汁包裹住牛肉~值得一試這道鰻魚酢物是一道不錯的下酒菜。吃慣了蒲燒鰻魚這次卻點著酸甜口味的醬汁。。以醋入醊向來是小妹的心頭好~開胃解膩甚是喜歡~這個肥牛年糕串燒不過不失~索價28(大概)覺得小貴可以不試~
