To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次要介紹是九龍城新開的冰室，這間過年之前才開的冰室，以特色食物為主。座位不多，但是坐得舒服。海南雞飯$78 ，包例湯、油飯，紅豆冰另加$7。海南雞飯，雞肉鮮嫩可口，沒有半點骨，還有黃油在雞皮上流出，非常容易可口。醬汁有三款，黑醬油、薑蓉和泰式辣汁。油飯鬆軟可口，如果味道再濃一些更佳。紅豆冰內的紅豆份量十足，甜度適中。濃湯豬扒米$58，配西煎雙蛋、多士，凍鴛鴦另加$3。濃湯豬扒米，豬扒厚度適中，軟硬適中，配上美味可口的濃湯，就更加美味。西煎雙蛋、多士，雙蛋蛋味香濃，多士香脆可口。凍鴛鴦茶味和咖啡味道均衡，甜度適中。
