To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百份百餐廳是我最喜歡吃的餐廳之一,價錢比一般快餐店高少少,但性價比高同出面100多的海南雞飯更好食,60元海南雞飯,加8元可轉大杯的紅豆冰,肉質嫩滑,有少少雞味。平時怕肥唔敢食雞皮的我,但這個像水晶粉皮一樣滑溜,吃少少也可以加上三色的醬汁,我特別喜歡那個甜豉油和薑蓉,配上雞髀肉(彩數,真開心沒有太多胸肉)特別惹味! 這間啟德分店算大方,多雞肉,上一次第2間分店好少的。吃得太飽,餐還配八角蘿蔔湯送黃飯,是幾好飲的。另一個新嘗試叫焗鴛鴦扒飯約50元多,我冬天特別喜歡吃暖笠笠的焗飯,白汁雞扒好脆皮,好滿蕃茄汁的豬扒又好肥美,一白一紅,再加上厚厚的芝士去焗,連飯也吃多2口,這個餐我配上即磨咖啡咖啡,又大杯又好飲,唔會好似一般茶餐廳的苦澀咖啡味,水準像cafe 的也算不錯。

平時怕肥唔敢食雞皮的我,
