Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初四 同屋企人飲個茶之後拜個年呢個新年都算過得完滿過年就緊係要添好運啦奧運呢間添好運係米芝蓮一級餐廳 又平又抵食係佢既招牌雖然等左成粒鐘先有位但食物速度就極快酥皮叉燒包 熱辣辣有菠蘿包的脆皮咬落好鬆軟香脆薄薄的叉燒一片肥膏都無食落亦鬆化香甜香煎咖哩牛肉包最啱熱食外皮似生煎包 咬落去好香咖哩味食落亦有粒粒牛肉鮑汁鳳爪鮑汁非常入味 鳳爪的膠質濃厚令人感覺滋潤養顏 亦都好厚肉叉燒腸牛肉腸粉皮都算薄叉燒腸係叉燒碎 份量多但好細粒牛肉腸係牛肉球的餡 餡料唔算多 感覺一般賽螃蟹春卷春卷皮好香脆 裡面係蟹蓉食落脆卜卜咬落就軟軟暖暖都幾特別 而且好香 值得一試
