To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到旺角上海街的分店,因為在唐樓的地舖,善用懷舊特色來裝修,加上擺設舊式單車和舊式廣告壁畫,除了有馬來西亞特色,還吸引顧客打卡。皇帝骨$148二至三人份,是這裏的招牌菜。馬來西亞食物,怎麼能缺少肉骨茶呢?份量挺多的,排骨煮的湯,煮完口感還很爽口,浸在藥材湯裏吃著又有藥材香,聞到舒適怡人,再喝香甜的湯,立刻暖胃。檳城阿參喇沙米線$64,有新鮮蝦膏濃香,夾起蝦膏已經垂涎了。米線吸收湯味,又有青瓜絲、菠蘿等清甜味道,配辣味的湯,非常開胃。檳城福建蝦麵油麵$68,有豬腩肉、蝦、魚片等配料,湯底也是濃濃的蝦味,當是海鮮湯底了,油面配這些肉類吃,覺得更香,大讚!玻璃魷魚配通菜$72,上面鋪滿炸蒜蓉,醬汁微辣,拌勻通菜和魷魚,吃著雙重口感。比起泰式炒通菜,馬來西亞味道就是偏香口的。總的來說,食物性價比高,無論家庭朋友來吃都一定滿意味道,怪不得門庭若市,而且很適合打卡呢!
