想一路睇對住維港景色,而又想食個好西的話。位於尖沙咀亞士厘道17-19號19樓既CHEF STAGE de Eddy Chu系個唔錯既選擇。除左環境優雅,坐得舒服。再加上人均消費可under $450,就有機會欣賞到香江景色,坐得舒服。簡直是多角度享受。經過侍應介紹後,就叫左個每樣試晚餐,顧名思義就系以輕量量化每款主菜作前菜。日本麵豉帶子配鮮蝦肉(冷盤)有两粒同乒乓波咁大既,同有細蝦系個碗入面,為跟住既美食打響頭炮!黑松露年榚白透韓式年榚配上芝香味既黑松露汁,口感煙韌。焗連殻食法國田螺法式田螺細碟兩隻,去殼形式鑲入麵粉皮內,以蒜蓉香草等調味,惹味可口。黑松露蘑菇湯熱辣辣既黑松露蘑菇湯,香味撲算外,味道唔錯。南瓜豬骨湯鮮鱸魚柳酸甜香草汁以細件鱸魚柳上碟,冇骨之餘又嫩。主菜砵酒燴法國鴨脾肉味濃郁,又有蘑菇食,亦都食到微量酒味!!橡果級黑毛豬肉內部肉質有咬口,全熟冇半點血絲,而伴碟有鳳梨。一口tiramisu擺盤吸睛,打卡一流。整體而言: 菜式水準不失所望,菜餚又有心思,有機會會再來食一次。
