To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食自助餐嘅好處就係種類繁多，岩晒一啲咩都想試下嘅朋友（包括我）。咁岩今日同父母嚟到staycation。當然唔能夠錯過book埋酒店嘅buffet啦。等佢地兩個老人家享受下啦。呢到嘅buffet食物種類都算多，可以適合一家大細個個唔同口味。而我今次嘅目的，最主要就係食佢嘅生蠔，老實講buffet生蠔真係唔好太有期望。呢到啲生蠔，以buffet嚟講絕對合格有餘。父母都對今餐表示滿意。有機會都會再嚟食過。
