肚空空,唔想食太甜既野,所以揀左有薑水既鴛鴦湯丸$14。薑水OK辣,可以再辣D,唔甜清清地,飲完好舒服。芝麻湯圓,餡味,哈哈….「MWY」所講….「燒鵝味」果真貼切~唔通係,豬油+黑芝麻既化學作用?流沙流得澎湃,芝麻味,可能與「燒鵝味」平分左,成為有豬油甘香既芝麻餡,我諗我鍾意「湯圓皇」的實在芝麻餡多D。花生湯圓,很好食,有白芝麻、花生粒粒,好香口。湯圓皮,皮薄,營造唔到煙韌感,不過佢滑而軟,都算幾好食既~食完,諗諗吓都係番轉頭,買碗生磨棗香合桃酪$19回家。叫得做「酪」,係北方既叫法,吃下有奶酪感,比較膩口。佢仲加入紅棗!?正!合桃味香,用棗味辟合桃的苦澀;而且棗味化成了天然甜味,好有諗頭!
