人海茫茫,相遇相識是緣份,因為工作關係,多年前認識了一班不同行業的朋友,大家偶爾見面,談不上是深交,但往往無所不談,每次聚會,大家皆踴躍參加。聚舊𣈱談為首,所以環境優先,味道為次,朋友選址尖東的富豪軒,而且她有會員折扣。酒店中餐廳四方格局,環境寛敞,雅緻企理,服務談不上殷勤,但態度良好,而且有主動建議招牌菜及份量,可惜當晚人客不算多,速度奇慢失分!食味方面亦只是中規中矩,味道不及菜名吸引,份量恰當,交足功課,無得失客人。我負責點菜,選了九菜一湯,十人分享剛好,亦無意每款介紹,只選部分一提。椒鹽銀杏雞軟骨椒鹽雞軟骨,富鹹香亦爽脆,口感確佳,怪不得中日菜式皆喜歡提供此菜式,作為佐酒及餐前小吃皆適合;這兒的特色是加進銀杏,增加不同口感,銀杏有助記憶及抗氧化,多吃有益,身上沾了少許椒鹽,好吃得多,喜歡這個添加。豆酥銀雪魚當年中環洞庭樓的豆酥魚,令我大開眼界,得知湖南菜亦有上菜,魚肉的幼滑與豆酥之香惹形成明顯的口感對比,濃郁的醬餘韻悠長,我非常喜歡。這兒的,外表看起來已覺粵菜化了,同樣滑溜的銀雪魚,沒有投訴之處,但豆酥的層次及餘韻不在!竹笙羅漢齋基本的材料皆備,炒得濕潤,收水不俗,調味恰當,竹苼

據說是招牌,但水準沒有驚喜,茶燻味不明顯,亦只是一般雪雞貨式,但雞只體積不大,沒有過量肥膏,雞皮有少許茶燻味亦爽口,雞肉嫩滑,尚算不俗。
