起日本食吉列牛就食得多,今次第一次喺香港試吉列牛,呢間餐廳位於尖沙咀,主打吉列牛,所以一定要試試佢既重點推介!佢主要分兩個吉列牛set,一個係特選A5和牛, 另一個係頂級安格斯牛,朋友話第一次先試下佢嘅頂級安格斯牛!先來前菜,有中華沙律同八爪魚來到重點,侍應好快就已經幫我地set好爐,仲放上三種唔同味道嘅醬汁。醬汁有岩鹽,仲有柚子汁同沙律醬。而本身吉列牛已經炸好左個面,侍應仲教我地只要將個吉列牛放上爐到每面燒15至20秒就可以食得!我哋先試左原味,然後再點左唔同嘅醬汁,個人覺得就算唔點醬汁都好重牛味。琥酌格列盛盒入面有炸牛肉薯餅,天婦羅蝦,同炸蠔,超級豐富。由於係即炸,熱辣辣,非常新鮮。黑豚肉泡菜相撲鍋,辣度剛剛好最後試埋佢嘅菠蘿酒,好滿足
