剛剛去完歐洲旅遊,食的都是意粉+比薩,都已經很厭倦,返到香港立即想起千變萬化的日本料理,今次同老婆兩人去試下吉到牛(之前未食過)。搵到間尖沙咀的上樓店,佢係主打吉列牛,對於係牛魔王既我想快d試試,先黎一杯柚子味果酒(有很多梅酒+果酒),好開胃,又清甜😊。主打菜黎啦,叫左個頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳(選用美國安格斯肩胛肉),食之前先用以預熱的鐵板卓一卓佢,好味🤩,又有吉列脆脆圍繞住,有嚼口又有脆皮的感覺,這個食品應該很受香港歡迎👏🏻👏🏻。還點了sabusabu牛肉鍋, 都係牛😊,我太喜歡食牛肉了😂。老婆點了雜錦天婦羅,炸得鬆脆香口👍🏻,滿足,下次約多d人再黎過🙏🏻。
