To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三個人去荷里活行街,見丼丼屋D食物都幾吸引就決定去食,大概等咗10分鐘位我地食咗,鰻重×1味噌吉列豬扒丼温泉蛋×1滑蛋鰻魚丼×1黑蜜黃豆粉芭菲×1原味蕨餅×1鰻重嘅份量就細咗小小,鰻魚食落去唔太暖,可能放耐咗,整體嚟講都算好味味噌吉列豬扒丼温泉蛋嘅豬扒炸得好香好脆,唔會有一種好油嘅感覺,再配上温泉蛋係大滿足滑蛋鰻魚丼略嫌蛋太生,唔算太滑,鰻魚味道尚可黑蜜黃豆粉芭菲嘅雲呢拿雪糕係採用Haagen Dazs雪糕,好好味,而下面嘅配料就唔算驚喜,不過不失啦原味蕨餅食落去係好味,再配上甜甜地嘅汁係絕配,好好味
