To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行五人想飲茶，找酒店級食肆，看食評，選左帝京軒。價錢不平，遲左到，結果食咗個下午茶，之前都唔知有，係餐牌嘅八五折。食物如下：1）焗蟹蓋： OK2）黑豚肉叉燒：不好吃，硬。不建議吃。3）鹹水角：好味4）雞包仔： OK5）蘿蔔糕： OK6）叉燒包： OK7）糯米雞： OK8）蝦餃：好味10）蝦腸：腸粉皮好薄，最好卷多一卷。我覺得唔似一般傳統嘅蝦腸。11）帶子燒賣： OK12）潮州粉果： OK13）牛肉球： OK大概食咗咁多嘢，比一般普通酒樓好少少，價錢是1400多元，已經折咗八五折，其中叉燒最貴，最不值得。我覺得冇嚟過嘅人都唔需要再嚟。另外，成個帝京軒有一陣好奇怪的汽車廢氣味。同酒店酒樓反映咗，也沒有太大改善。也沒有向客人回覆有關查詢。整體服務未見用心，個別酒樓男經理稍好，其他都一般。
