西環表妹好想好想我過西環陪佢玩,所以常常向同我講,在西環新發現了什麼新奇事物。無奈, 做GYM, 做facial,今次, 她出動美食.今晚就來到她想去的日本餐廳, 選了680的套餐.旬前菜 - 有2款溫泉蛋其實不清楚溫泉蛋的準則.只見杯中流動的蛋白在啡色的湯汁中浮浮沉沉.先舀一匙: 啡色湯汁+蛋白碎碎湯汁唔鹹, 不是豉油(柴魚醬油?)好想篤爆蛋黃, 又驚爆蛋油染黃湯汁.原來中間蛋黃剛凝固呢!杯底找到三文魚籽, 果真要細細品嚐.芝麻菠菜菠菜齊齊整整的堆成圓柱體, 再淋上芝麻醬汁.這個芝麻醬汁味道不太膩,有別於一般的芝麻醬.刺身盛3種3款刺身以大碗呈上, 堆砌如畫般美麗.職員講解品嚐刺身的次序 :帆立貝>牡丹蝦> Toro其實按味道, 由清至濃.牡丹蝦2隻 – 已去殼, 蝦肉如手指般粗帶子2粒 - 好大粒, 好厚身, 鮮甜吞拿魚 2片淺色是吞拿魚腩, 油份重深色是吞拿魚背, 肉質較多季節清湯金黃色的清湯內,有2塊魚肉, 鮮菇及花形紅蘿蔔清湯鮮甜但帶點酸, 是新鮮菇特有酸味.雖不知道魚肉屬於哪種魚,只見魚肉紋理凹凸有緻,厚厚的魚皮收縮後, 仍可見到魚鱗位的起伏.應該是新鮮魚,

清湯鮮甜但帶點酸, 是新鮮菇特有酸味.
雖不知道魚肉屬於哪種魚,
只見魚肉紋理凹凸有緻,

厚厚的魚皮收縮後, 仍可見到魚鱗位的起伏.
應該是新鮮魚, 所以清湯如此鮮甜.

周邊只是熟了一點點(圍邊的肉質纖維已變為淺啡色).
而中央粉紅色(肉質)及白色(牛脂)相間.

先嚐一塊原汁原味的和牛吧!
入口牛油香較多, 肉質味相對較弱.
質感很滑, 但肉質部份仍需咀嚼.
之後再試沾上附上的醬汁: 柚子醋
數片的和牛真教人回味!

蜜桃味會甜, 所以選了柚子.
雪葩內, 明顯看到柚子皮,
味道清新的甜品.

今次入西環享受如此美食,
總算没有白白浪費寶貴時間!
