週末路過堅尼地城,試了海旁這間日式料理餐廳,入到去店員非常熱情,服務很好,我們選擇了鍋物二人餐,$988 2人感覺很划算,還加了一份吞拿魚腩刺身。吞拿魚腩刺身刺身非常新鮮,入口肥美,油脂分布均勻,只可惜只有三片,實在不夠過癮🥹刺身五品五款刺身,每款都有兩片,所有刺身都非常新鮮甜美,品質有保證。蟹膏鮑魚上菜時,鮑魚切好放在精緻的鮑魚殼內,拌上蟹膏,鮮味十足,入口甜美嫩滑。半燒日本鹿兒島A5和牛和牛非常出色,入口滑嫩,油脂感恰到好處,不會覺得肥膩,薄薄一片,配上秘製醬汁,香味濃郁,半燒的狀態更添風味。壽司三貫三件壽司中,最令我心動的是海膽壽司,海膽非常鮮甜,材料新鮮度一吃便知,其他兩款壽司同樣美味,飯醋比例非常好。日式炸豆腐日式炸豆腐上桌時超級熱,食用時要小心,外脆內嫩,配上淡淡的湯汁,非常美味。海鮮紙鍋重點來了,海鮮鍋內有帶子和蟹柳棒,還有一些雜菜,湯底非常好味,店員也很細心教我們如何烹煮和食用。冷稻庭烏冬冷稻庭烏冬上滿滿的魚子,配上麻醬,份量看似不大,但因為我們已經很飽,所以無法吃完。甜品日式和菓子甜品有兩款選擇:草莓口味和紅豆口味的日本和菓子。一口吃完,不會覺得膩。

蟹膏鮑魚
上菜時,鮑魚切好放在精緻的鮑魚殼內,拌上蟹膏,鮮味十足,入口甜美嫩滑。

半燒日本鹿兒島A5和牛
和牛非常出色,入口滑嫩,油脂感恰到好處,不會覺得肥膩,薄薄一片,配上秘製醬汁,香味濃郁,半燒的狀態更添風味。

壽司三貫
三件壽司中,最令我心動的是海膽壽司,海膽非常鮮甜,材料新鮮度一吃便知,其他兩款壽司同樣美味,飯醋比例非常好。

日式炸豆腐
日式炸豆腐上桌時超級熱,食用時要小心,外脆內嫩,配上淡淡的湯汁,非常美味。

海鮮紙鍋
重點來了,海鮮鍋內有帶子和蟹柳棒,還有一些雜菜,湯底非常好味,店員也很細心教我們如何烹煮和食用。

冷稻庭烏冬
冷稻庭烏冬上滿滿的魚子,配上麻醬,份量看似不大,但因為我們已經很飽,所以無法吃完。

甜品日式和菓子
甜品有兩款選擇:草莓口味和紅豆口味的日本和菓子。一口吃完,不會覺得膩。

佢其實就喺海旁間 arabica隔離,唔算難搵(因為似乎呢頭變咗打卡熱點 所以附近一大堆遊客)餐廳舖面幾低調,入面都係類似居酒屋嘅裝修,啲座位有少少迫,但都尚算可以接受。•柚子角切魚生丼($188)/ 嗌得角切魚生,我有做好中伏心理準備。但!竟然冇伏!啲魚生粒粒高質,鮮味十足。而且切到大大粒,絕對唔係頭頭尾尾。柚子味唔算好重,但係絕對係提升咗個飯,感覺好清爽好適合夏天。•帆立貝、三文魚拼海膽丼($228)/所有嘢都好鮮甜(◎特別推海膽,有豐富海水味,但一啲都唔腥,入口即溶。帆立貝嫩滑,但略為淡味。我自己比較少食三文魚,但呢個我覺得還可以兩個丼飯跟餐配麵豉湯、茶碗蒸蛋、沙律同甜品。(我個人都好鍾意個茶碗蒸,好滑溜!)
