To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無訂位又想想食得舒舒服服，呢度係一個好選擇，午餐有幾款選擇，大家熱愛pasta，只有一位男士叫個pizza 今日個餐可以跟雜菜沙律或咖喱甘荀湯，我叫咗個湯，幾大碗，但咖喱味幾重吓，有點兒怪怪地，我同另一個同事都中途放棄咗個pasta黑松露就幾足料，雞肉就一般，不過不失，份量啱啱好，食晒又唔會太飽 pizza新鮮出爐條邊脆卜卜，同事話唔錯，料都好足 個餐本身有包普通飲品，加12蚊可以飲熱朱古力或咖啡，杯杯拉花都好靚又唔一樣，大大杯，咖啡仲有好多新口味，creme brulee略甜但幾特別，面頭真係有層burn咗嘅焦糖；熱朱古力就好濃又唔太甜，我個人好鍾意，值得一試 埋單連加一位位$140，坐得舒服傾得開心，又係時候開工。
