To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道和食材同k11那家差好多，不明白都是同個連鎖品牌，為何食物質素差這麼多？環境都差不多，這邊更安靜點，同朋友聊天不怕會太吵，可能是因為人比較少點。服務也都大差不差，不好不壞。但味道和食材的選取上，有好大不同。比如同是我最愛的胡椒肉骨茶，K 11那家店的胡椒味好重好喜歡，但這家胡椒味基本沒有，而且排骨三四塊，塊塊都肥的要死，一半都是肥肉，從未見過如此之肥的排骨，無從下嘴。面底都有點軟黏黏的，口感很一般。這個價錢，這個味道，無法再幫襯
