To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情之前我喺呢度食個早餐,感覺好一般,後來買外賣午餐返屋企食,啲炒粉麵飯唔平,杯凍檸茶少甜都好飲,最鍾意係有檸檬嘅羅宋湯,應該係跟YouTuber職人吹水星星師傅的食譜做的,另外最鍾意佢嘅雜果沙律,其他覺得冇乜特別,但係喺今年八、九月期間買個外賣每隻$8嘅鮑魚汁汁鵝掌太好食太抵之後就開始注意呢間嘢,我買返去用嚟整蔥油撈麵唔知幾正!終於最近有两日落去諗住買鮑魚汁鵝掌嘅時候原來已經不再推出了!我真係好失望!希望老闆遲啲會再賣,我寧願你賣貴啲都唔好停!大家唔信睇吓我之前影低嗰張相(如附圖)。呢两日買咗各兩份兩餸飯和爸爸一起分享,真係又好食又抵食,忍唔住要推介👇1. 唔知乜嘢汁煮椰菜花,間中會有一片牛肉,煮得好好食,質感剛好。2. 椒鹽豬扒,香口好味唔太鹹,最緊要夠稔得來唔會霉。3. 欖角蜜汁雞鎚仔,我仲以為係豆豉,好有特色,好好味!4. 南乳炆豬手,呢個就好一般!5. 金針雲耳炆雞,好好味!啲雞夠稔,好食過蒸。6. 梅菜扣肉,要加多$8。7. 鹹蛋黃蒸肉餅,好好食。8. 炒蝦仔,啲蝦雖然有殼同埋細隻但係好有海蝦嘅鲜香味,近年很多急凍蝦仁都攞啲唔知乜嘢那一個所以只係一味爽冇蝦味。每盒兩餸飯$3

1. 唔知乜嘢汁煮椰菜花,間中會有一片牛肉,煮得好好食,質感剛好。

2. 椒鹽豬扒,香口好味唔太鹹,最緊要夠稔得來唔會霉。

3. 欖角蜜汁雞鎚仔,我仲以為係豆豉,好有特色,好好味!

4. 南乳炆豬手,呢個就好一般!

5. 金針雲耳炆雞,好好味!啲雞夠稔,好食過蒸。

6. 梅菜扣肉,要加多$8。

7. 鹹蛋黃蒸肉餅,好好食。

8. 炒蝦仔,啲蝦雖然有殼同埋細隻但係好有海蝦嘅鲜香味,近年很多急凍蝦仁都攞啲唔知乜嘢那一個所以只係一味爽冇蝦味。

每盒兩餸飯$35,加熱飲品加$5,如果要加凍飲品要加$7,加例湯一個要加$5,加糖水要加$5。我喺其中一日叫咗一個冬瓜來湯味道唔錯,綠豆沙落陳皮好似冇臭草咁好食,另外有一日叫咗加凍檸茶少甜OK,但係以前個水包整得好飲啲。
