兵庫縣生蠔鍋,生蠔成板送上,觀感上已經好吸引,煮熟時間只需大約3分鐘,不要煮太耐否則容易過熟會老,之後將疏菜拼盤放晒入鍋一齊煮,疏菜吸左湯底既昆布和生蠔既鮮味,已經好夠味道,不會太淡A4宮崎和牛,A4牛雖然唔吸A5牛咁多油花,但食落一樣好軟綿綿,雖然好味,但和牛價格始終不菲,好好慢慢品嚐金龍珠海膽吞拿魚蓉卷,蛋黃經過醃製,味道會更香,口感更黏,用作做壽司較創新做法,配埋海膽和青瓜一齊食有助中和作油膩作用海膽三文魚籽日式豆腐,另一道吸引眼球既菜式,盛器華麗,用黎盛載海膽格外貴氣十足,威化上鋪滿三文魚籽,頂層再鋪滿厚厚既海膽,海膽順滑冇苦味厚燒牛舌心、安格斯牛肋肉、嚴選松板豬、自家製雞皮蝦,師傅燒物功力十足,燒得剛剛好唔會燒得太老,牛舌有咬口,中心位帶少少粉紅,曬上黑椒粒令味道更香月見特厚燒牛舌三文魚籽,同樣鋪滿左三文魚籽,今次仲特大牛舌可以盡情食,相當有滿足感,飯既份量看似很少,但其實碗形圓圓拱拱,碗中心直徑大過碗面直徑,加上食材高過碗,所以食完都好飽肚
