To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次見士林台灣麵都好多人,今日唔洗點排隊就要試試。攞飛後大概等10分鐘就有位。入到去安排咗單邊2人枱,都唔算迫。店員可能比較忙,所以等佢哋俾個Menu都等咗一陣。今日就決定試試個紅燒牛肉麵同香酥雞扒麵加杯熱薑母奶茶。薑母奶茶先到,聞落都幾重薑母味,飲落仲濃郁,甜度適中及奶茶都滑。之後兩個麵相繼嚟到,先試紅燒牛肉,食落口都幾淋但湯就比較重味咗啲啲。而香酥雞扒冇乜味,炸得唔脆而且鬆鬆散散,湯底如清湯咁,淡而無味。有對比下紅燒牛肉麵好食好多。個人覺得士林台灣麵唔係話差,但食物同當地士林比就真係比下去,加上亦未至於要咁排隊喎~
