每次見士林台灣麵都好多人,今日唔洗點排隊就要試試。攞飛後大概等10分鐘就有位。入到去安排咗單邊2人枱,都唔算迫。店員可能比較忙,所以等佢哋俾個Menu都等咗一陣。今日就決定試試個紅燒牛肉麵同香酥雞扒麵加杯熱薑母奶茶。薑母奶茶先到,聞落都幾重薑母味,飲落仲濃郁,甜度適中及奶茶都滑。之後兩個麵相繼嚟到,先試紅燒牛肉,食落口都幾淋但湯就比較重味咗啲啲。而香酥雞扒冇乜味,炸得唔脆而且鬆鬆散散,湯底如清湯咁,淡而無味。有對比下紅燒牛肉麵好食好多。個人覺得士林台灣麵唔係話差,但食物同當地士林比就真係比下去,加上亦未至於要咁排隊喎~
