柚皮食落冇苦澀味同冇渣,冬瓜同柚皮就好似海綿咁,張所有鮮味吸係身邊入面,配上蟛蜞膏,只可以話,鮮上加鮮🤤

我差唔多每次食大班樓都會叫既餸🦀不過我係為左佢個陳村粉而叫既😂因為我本人唔係好鐘意整污糟隻手,所以平時陪🦖食海鮮既時候,都係佢拆肉俾我食😳講返正題先,我覺得佢既陳村粉先係精粹,食落去:香!甜!鮮!雞油既香,花雕既甜同蟹既鮮味,次次都覺得唔夠陳村粉食🥺

我好鐘意佢個羊味,少少臊味,但係唔會好難入口,外脆內軟,好多汁,上面既炸蒜令道菜錦上添花

豬皮櫻花蝦燉時菜

當日嘅時菜係菜心,剩係用左最嫩既部分去煮,豬皮櫻花蝦味道好夾,如果我唔係飽左,我都想飲埋啲湯🥺

梅乾菜扣肉煲仔飯

作為一個華人,冇啲飯落肚點得架呢,個扣肉肥而不膩,啲梅菜亦都好好送飯,仲有啲好香脆既飯焦,所以無論我幾飽都好,我都食左兩碗🙈🙊
