To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今個月 11 號，6:30p.m 左右…… 一家人去咗形點間元氣壽司食晚飯，順便同媽咪預祝母親節。味道麻麻地…… 芝士味唔夠，味道還可以，不過唔算太特別，下次唔會再叫佢味道幾好飛魚籽咬落去「卜卜聲」，好新鮮三文魚咬落去口感幾好，新鮮好味。鰻魚夠厚，口感非常好帶子燒得好，夾埋壽司飯一齊食，呢個係咁多款壽司黎講我最欣賞嘅，極力推薦，軟殼蟹同紫菜都夠脆，非常新鮮。味道幾好，上菜出嚟嘅時候夠曬凍，材料新鮮，入面材料配搭令到味道好好，下次去值得再叫。同上面個三文魚壽司一樣三文魚都很新鮮，我每次去元氣都會叫呢個。
