To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有個已移民外國的同學仔回港,就相約一班從小便認識的同學仔吃飯。她想吃地道小菜,腦中即刻彈出金豪來,因以前朋友介紹及吃過,水準不錯和有特式小菜,一於提早訂枱,店員說人多的話可試試古法炆龍躉翅,另外也訂了一個羊腩煲。首先來個羊腩煲,份量剛剛好夠八個人,每人可淺嚐數件,做得入味又不so,加上唐oh菜,不錯不錯!第二道菜是古法炆龍躉翅,個個大鄉里走去找魚翅,原來是一煲龍躉肉,笑死個伙計。這煲菜份量十足,炆得很好,口感十足。跟住來了蒜茸蒸聖子皇,隻隻有手掌的長度,一啖一隻,大滿足!隨下來是避風塘尿蝦肉,這個真無得彈,去殼淨肉吃起來方便利落,真想安哥一碟。中段叫碟炸大腸送酒吹下水,個個都忘記了那些什麼的警告方言。為免被人捉到證據,所以不拍片了。意猶未盡, 隨即點了薑蔥蠔煲,一人一隻,大大隻,要飲多杯酒。大家都是海鮮迷,就點了一碟井水花甲。湯底好味,可惜有砂及有數隻不能開殼,失敗之作!整晚都沒有什麼實肉入口,叫了個芥末牛肉來填肚。味道可以,牛肉有點 有點硬,咬到牙軟,too bad! 埋齋來了個芥蘭爽肉做纖維,味太濃要喝水。 總括來說整餐都滿意,每人不用三百元就吃過飽!
