之前喺日本食過吉列牛後念念不忘,知道佐敦都有間,就拉埋友人一齊試。同友人分別點了日式燒肉同鰻魚飯齊齊share。定食加$58有齊櫻花金魚湯、流心蛋同貓飯。金魚湯外型好得意,食落其實係蝦餃。店員於上菜後提醒要趁熱食,唔係嘅話會好快變硬。個湯飲落味道清淡都唔錯。流心蛋一分為二,蛋黃有少少流心,味醂甜甜地幾開胃。主角吉列牛在上碟前外皮已炸成金黃,中間嘅牛肉仲係粉紅色,約2~3成熟。在石板塗上牛脂後燒十幾秒至7成熟左右就可食用。7成熟嘅吉列牛食落皮脆內軟,肉質嫩滑仲帶有少少肉汁,如果沾上醬汁食用更加好味。鰻魚原條好長好大鋪喺飯面,燒得啱啱好唔會好燶。魚肉厚身,配上鰻魚汁好好味。整體來說味道同日本食嘅差不多,可以encore。
