早排經過元朗,突然醒起之前食過一間生煎包店味道唔錯,附近好似有分店,諗住去再食,去到果然係最多人食嗰間。好好彩啱啱有張枱空出嚟,唔使等位,我同朋友都有啲餓,就諗住咩都叫啲黎食。 第一樣上嘅係原味上海小籠包。熱辣辣一拎起,已經見到入面嘅湯朗朗下,包皮仲係透明嘅,好薄,一睇就知皮薄餡靚。咬開啲湯汁即刻湧出嚟,味道鮮甜,食得好滿足。 跟住上嘅係我哋叫嘅兩款生煎包,分別係招牌生煎包同蟹粉生煎包。招牌嗰款已經好好食,底部煎得脆口,但唔會燶,唔會太硬,啱啱好。有之前食生煎包嘅經驗,搣開少少包皮,先飲一啖熱辣辣嘅肉汁,真係好香好濃郁。而蟹粉生煎包更鮮味,一咬落去,蟹粉嘅鮮甜味即刻釋放出嚟,睇得出佢有滿滿既蟹粉。 最後仲叫咗兩款主食,蔥油雞扒飯同雞絲粉皮。蔥油雞扒同平時食開嘅蔥油唔同,呢度係用乾蔥整嘅,估唔到有幾香。而雞絲粉皮都做得唔錯,麻醬配埋雞絲本身都好夾。最貼心嘅係,枱邊仲有張紙寫住如果唔夠麻醬可以再加,真係好細心。 總括嚟講,想要啲平價美食,呢一間絕對可以滿足到我嘅口味,不枉我一食再食。🤩 #劉興記元朗店生煎包專門店
