上個星期,我帶男朋友嚟呢間日本餐廳慶祝6週年,主要係為咗佢哋嘅omakase套餐。我哋坐喺吧台前面,廚師喺我哋面前親手整每一道料理,好有feel。喺呢種環境食晚餐,氣氛溫馨又浪漫。第一道菜係海膽壽司。飯好柔軟但有嚼勁,配埋鮮甜嘅海膽,一口食落去,感覺到好濃郁嘅海洋風味。食材真係好新鮮,好正!接住係揚銀杏同鵝肝。呢個搭配對我嚟講好新奇。揚銀杏嘅口感好軟糯,鵝肝就綿密香滑,兩個一齊食,好有層次感,好好食。之後係柚紅樽魚,煮得好紅橙色,睇落就好可口。食起嚟真係好好食,魚皮脆嫩,肉質好軟嫩,非常鮮甜。每一口都好享受!當時,廚師準備嘅甜品係梨同蜜瓜嘅組合。呢兩種水果都係好清甜多汁,特別係梨,口感脆嫩。我男朋友就比較鍾意蜜瓜,非常甜,好爽口。之後主菜係牛肉。牛肉入口即化,好有嚼勁,散發住濃郁嘅牛肉味,每一口都好享受。整頓晚餐落嚟,又有視覺嘅享受,亦都有味覺嘅滿足。我同男朋友都食得好開心,令我哋嘅週年慶有著滿滿嘅快樂回憶。
