呢度有唔同既套餐,午市都會有套餐,而今日就同老婆黎慶祝週年紀念,一於就試下呢度既晚餐。一開頭就好特別既係呢個熊本阿蘇産莫扎特蔬菜究極水沙律,沙律菜係阿蘇產既莫扎特蔬菜,透過24小時播放莫扎特既音樂黎培養,而原來聲音可以透過振動傳播,振動可以給予葉菜良好既刺激,幫助提取蔬菜本身既美味,而水亦加佐鹽,更加帶出鮮味!(=^x^=)之後呢個餐既壽司都好好食,係由熊本天草直送,每人會有鮮魚壽司三件,拖羅充滿油香,肥美味香;吞拿魚蓉軍艦充滿滑身既舌拿魚蓉,加埋啲香蔥芝麻就更加鮮味!(^_-)另一個值得一提既係櫓杏名物 黒松露茶碗蒸,真係絕對值得做呢度既名物,蒸蛋一啲倒汗水都無,新鮮蒸出黎鮮味到爆,又熱又濃蛋香,勁滑勁嫩,而且真係好重黑松露香味呀!(◐‿◑)最後要講既係呢個好吸睛既火山鍋,成個鍋佈滿豬五花,豬五花肥瘦適中,油花滿滿,同白菜、椎茸、姬菇、金針菇、杏鮑菇、洋蔥一齊去煲,鮮味清甜,清香既一個鍋物!(*¯︶¯*) continue reading

上個星期,我喺尖沙咀無意中發現咗一間特別嘅日式餐廳——【割烹 櫓杏】。雖然係偶然走入去,但真係俾我留下深刻嘅印象。餐廳嘅環境非常明亮舒適,令到人覺得好放鬆 ✨我點咗佢哋嘅晚餐套餐,套餐裡面大概有7道料理,每一道菜都非常值得一試。以下係幾道令我特別印象深刻嘅料理:✅ 火山鍋呢道火鍋嘅主料包括白菜、椎茸、豬五花等等。湯底濃郁,搭配唔同嘅食材,可以帶出唔同嘅味道。每種食材嘅味道同高湯嘅融合都十分完美💯✅ 天草直送 新鮮刺身盛合新鮮嘅甘海老帶有微微嘅果香味,其他兩款刺身係根據當日嘅新鮮食材製作。每一片刺身都非常新鮮,口感極佳👍🏻✅ 鰻魚同青瓜配土佐酢鰻魚經過燒烤後,散發出微微嘅焦香味,青瓜口感脆爽。搭配酸味十足嘅土佐酢,口感層次豐富,簡直正到爆💥✅ 柚子雪芭甜品係酸酸甜甜嘅柚子雪芭,冰冰涼涼嘅口感,清新爽口,為整頓晚餐畫上完美嘅句號🍧諗唔到呢間餐廳嘅料理咁出色,特別係每一道菜嘅食材都非常新鮮。我會推薦俾身邊嘅朋友。 continue reading
