To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 問老婆去打邊爐定去三姐, 佢話打邊爐太飽同兩個人叫唔到太多款野食, 所以去左三姐, 叫左白灼蝦 --- 蝦是鮮甜, 白灼是最佳食法 窩貼小棠菜 --- 招牌菜之一, 水準穩定辣酒煲仔麵 --- 味道不夠豐富, 只食到辣雞湯浸莧菜 --- 湯能滲入莧菜, 非常匹配介蘭頭炒安格c牛 --- 介蘭頭整之爽口, 安格c入口鬆化 杏仁茶 ---- 可能不是甜品專家, 這個不太行, 好粉
