To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然住在附近, 也很久沒有幫襯, 因為以前的印象欠佳, 廚房師傅手藝麻麻, 時常太多油, 太鹹.今天下午因事忙, 四點鐘也未吃午餐, 泊好車後, 因為就腳, 姑且給它一個機會.下午茶餐只售廿五大元, 選擇頗多, 粥粉麵飯也有, 加熱飲, 凍飲要加兩元.叫了沙爹牛肉炒麵加凍咖啡. 十五分鐘有得食. 賣相也不錯, 八吋的碟子裝得滿滿的, 色彩繽紛, 一食之下便知外貌的不可靠,最致命的是鹹, 鹹, 鹹,一點鮮味也沒有, 沙爹味又欠奉.四五片牛肉十分韌, 蘇打粉也對待不了,想不吃, 又肚子餓, 又肉痛那廿五大元.惟有吃幾啖才放棄. 凍咖啡也不濃不香好不到那裡, 這店名美味, 但離美味實在太遠了.
