One of the best Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong! This is not an understatement! The delicacies served was simply enticing! Every dish ordered was executed perfectly! And most importantly, the value for money was very reasonable! You couldn’t find it elsewhere with this price and quality! The menu held an array of choices, 4 of us shared 6 main dish and 1 clay pot fried rice. If you are looking for something sweet and sour, the yuzu shrimp was really addictive! Simple delish! Another must order item is the fried beef with potato! It was SO GOOD! The beef was tender and succulent! Couldn’t help but devouring for more!
Basically every single dish were so good!! The scallop fried mushroom was luscious! Mushroom was so well seasoned, scallop was thick and succulent!
And the fried fish, it’s not simply deep fried, but the perfect balance of tenderness and crispy outer layer was definitely on spot!
