The pot was able to keep the dish hot throughout the entire meal. Chinese kale had a nice crisp, fried with savoury minced meat and dried shrimp for extra flavours.

生滾嘅粥底同湯飯好相似,米飯唔會煮到好軟爛,保留到粒粒分明嘅口感🍚 蠔仔飽滿多汁而且份量十足,鹹香嘅味道湯底增添鮮香🦪
This type of congee prevents the rice from boiling down, so you can still feel each grain in its original form. The oysters were plump and fresh, which made the soup base so umami.

今日收工又去左九龍城搵野食,今次想食特別啲就搵左呢間城寨風味,係食中式菜。睇到餐牌已經好吸引咁我地兩個人就叫左三個餸,再加左兩個白飯,已經食到好飽首先就叫左佢熱門既拔絲咕嚕肉,佢夾起黎真係可以拉絲,個皮脆脆地,好食,用黎送飯岩岩好再黎就叫左一個紅燒乳鴿,覺得呢個乳鴿好抵食,$58一隻,但都冇馬虎。皮脆肉多汁,又入味,絕對係必試果時見到其他人都有叫下次想再試埋皮片鴨最後都係要叫番個菜,呢個欖菜肉崧四季豆都唔錯,豆唔會老,加埋欖菜同肉崧調味,食落都好送飯,岩晒平時唔鐘意食菜既朋友最後呢餐兩個人食左$500幾,中菜館黎講有咁既質素真係一啲都唔貴,環境都幾好,下次再帶埋屋企人黎試

九龍城唔係淨係得秦國菜好食嘅,今日去咗呢間城寨風味就係係九龍城做咗十幾年嘅老字號中菜。現址係九龍城廣場,裝修到古色古香。由一般小菜到特色菜都有,今晚就試返最正常嘅嘢食睇吓佢乜嘢水平。脆皮燒乳鴿香港其中一樣經典呢度都做到皮脆肉嫩,算係合格有餘。海鮮什菜煲好common嘅蔬菜菜式,但係估唔到佢個份量都幾足,而且用料上乘,有龍躉片、帶子、鮮蝦、魷魚、蝦干,粉絲同什菜吸曬啲海鮮味,我哋食到連湯都飲埋。城寨風味雞佢哋嘅招牌菜,係一款水蒸雞,佢哋做到啲雞肉咁滑真係難得,加上雞皮有一絲絲嘅甜味,認真係幾好食嘅。
