之前已經見有好多人recommend呢間餐廳,果然唔錯👍🏻天天燒雞 見到佢上枱個陣呆左,勁大份😂😂但果然係招牌菜,雞肉好嫩唔鞋,雞皮燒到脆口唔多肥膏,而且突登切到肉同骨分離,食起上嚟方便~黑松露墨魚蝦多士跟住試左呢款michelin推介嘅蝦多士,好出色!首先啲墨魚同蝦mix埋好口有感,煙煙韌韌,而且黑松露味都出,上面啲配菜落左類似for章魚燒嘅醬,又幾夾😋古法肉骨茶又係份量勁多🤣有淡淡嘅胡椒豬肚味,好開胃,而肉骨就淆到啲肉好熟又keep到肉味,配料種類多 E.g. 豬肚、枝竹、豆卜 etc雞油飯食雞當然要配雞油飯,淡淡雞油香又唔會太漏~豆花恐龍美祿呢杯豆花美祿又係出色🫡 美祿濃到飲落完全唔似溝水咁,應該有落少少奶令佢smooth啲,面頭鋪左一大堆美祿粉,而且豆花balance番啲甜味同埋夾埋有口感
