海南雞是招牌菜,差不多枱枱都食,我當然也不例外。
《天天海南雞》中份$169
專用的碟子盛著海南雞和三款不同的醬料,薄薄的白色雞皮爽口有彈性,完全沒有肥脂肪,雞肉較為結實,有嚼口,雞味濃。雞骨已全部拆去,啖啖肉,食得很放心,也很滿足。
