To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友約飲茶,說有飲食優惠券,可到若干指定食肆享用。我們七人經商量後,選擇了金鐘名都酒樓吃懷舊點心。因為早訂位,可臨窗而坐,望人造小園景。酒樓除了安排絡繹不絕的點心車外,更於大堂正中設置點心攤檔,擺放數十款點心,形形色色,任君選擇。由於有千多元作本,我們決定豪飲豪食。點了十多款點心:時菜鯪魚球、黑椒牛仔骨、蝦餃、鳯爪、糯米雞、煎釀三寶、煎腸粉、菠蘿叉燒包、糉、燒賣、棉花雞、排骨、叉燒包等,最後加一個皮蛋瘦肉粥及白灼芥蘭。名都點心確是名不虛傳,非常美味,鯪魚球有果皮香,牛仔骨肥瘦適中,香稔軟滑,連白灼菜也碧綠鮮甜,所以就是貴一點,也是值得的。
