晚上來到觀塘,食店林立,走來走去,終於揀定呢間廣東燒味餐廳試試。燒味食得多,但呢間打正旗號話整廣東燒味的餐廳我倒是第一次食。點了個晚市燒味雙併飯,要食出一間燒味店的水準,最好當然試晒所有的燒味,鬼唔知咩,但一個人食力有限,就唯有叫最具燒味代表性的叉燒!今次加埋燒肉!呢碟燒味飯雖然係現成即斬出黎,但都等左我大概十幾分鐘,因為都見到廚房非常忙碌,師傅一單接一單緊不停蹄不斷斬唔同的燒味,見師傅已經咁努力而唔係hea住拖時間,咁我都有耐性地等一陣!好!終於上菜!叉燒燒肉飯(8/10)整道菜上碟賣相整齊,擺放得有條理,唔會東一塊西一塊,以燒味黎講係非常好啦!叉燒口感軟腍,多汁,唔會太硬太乾,味道香口,調味調得好,唔係只有好重的蜜味,而且呢度的叉燒係成功燒到有少許燶邊,少少的焦香絕對係叉燒的重點,當堂令整舊叉燒提升層次!燒肉皮脆肉腍,中層肥膏我認為恰到好處,唔會覺得太肥膩而食唔落口,我全部都食晒!不過伴碟的菜心雖然只係bonus ,但擺得上碟應該都要做到盡善盡美。呢幾條菜心冷冰冰,本身食住好溫暖滋味的叉燒燒肉,忽然就塞條冷冰冰的菜,好似好無癮咁! 建議菜應該都要翻熱一下或保持溫度,不要讓一個小細節

整道菜上碟賣相整齊,擺放得有條理,唔會東一塊西一塊,以燒味黎講係非常好啦!

叉燒口感軟腍,多汁,唔會太硬太乾,味道香口,調味調得好,唔係只有好重的蜜味,而且呢度的叉燒係成功燒到有少許燶邊,少少的焦香絕對係叉燒的重點,當堂令整舊叉燒提升層次!

燒肉皮脆肉腍,中層肥膏我認為恰到好處,唔會覺得太肥膩而食唔落口,我全部都食晒!

不過伴碟的菜心雖然只係bonus ,但擺得上碟應該都要做到盡善盡美。呢幾條菜心冷冰冰,本身食住好溫暖滋味的叉燒燒肉,忽然就塞條冷冰冰的菜,好似好無癮咁!

建議菜應該都要翻熱一下或保持溫度,不要讓一個小細節破壞了美味的主菜!

整體黎講,燒味的確名不虛傳!好食!價錢60$以燒味黎講貴啲啲,但以晚市黎講都叫可接受,不妨一試!
